About Us

GLISSANDO has established itself as one of leading presenters and producers of performances, musical competitions, festivals, and educational programs for arts and culture. The organization is acclaimed for its innovative approach in programming and production of its events, featuring a distinctive mix of renowned performers and emerging young artists.

GLISSANDO takes its name from the Italianized musical term derived from the French glisser, "to glide" -  a performance technique to glide from one note to another to emphasize the beauty of the melody. The same way we connect people together through variety of artistic genres, art forms, and ideas, building the bridges between the past, the present, and the future: showcasing talents, introducing international artists, supporting music entrepreneurs, providing educational advice and feedback and, most importantly, creating performance opportunities for extraordinary young talents and introducing them to the public. We bring the beauty of classical music and arts to underprivileged communities through education, special programs for kids, free family concerts, and residency activities. We inspire young musicians and motivate to achieve their most daring dreams - it is such a fantastic feeling to watch them finding their way in the world of art!

Each season, GLISSANDO’s artist roster represents distinguished performers from around the world, including Sean Kennard, Bernadene Blaha, Vladimir Khomyakov, Sergey Kuznetsov, Anna Goryacheva, Ian Goh, Lanzo Luconi, and others.
